Technical Frontend Lead
EXPERIENCE
• 8-12 years of frontend development with proven expertise in React.js and minimum 5+ years in Next.js.
• Strong background in leading teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.
• Exposure to agile environments with the ability to handle end-to-end ownership of technical solutions.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js fundamentals, Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes), Redux, Webpack, and REST API integration.
• Skilled in semantic, responsive HTML5/CSS3/SCSS, DOM manipulation, and frontend performance optimization.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms), with added advantage of TypeScript, GraphQL, and testing frameworks.
