Technical Lead – Products

About the Role:

Technical Lead will be part of our in-house product development team, leading the designing till implementation, which will be used by our customers across the world. Will be involved in guiding the team, review code, contribute to technical enrichment of the product and write code for core components.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and will be accountable for product goals and metrics.
2. Convert Requirements to technical specs for product development
3. Initiate and submit approval for new product development projects.
4. Translate business goals and end user needs into product strategies.
5. Contribute to writing code when required
6. Create a backlog, write user stories, and manage releases.
7. Create and maintain product roadmaps within assigned product areas.
8. Translate analytics, data and user feedback into actionable product plans and product enrichment.
9. Design and implement solutions to key problems to achieve the vision.
10. Review & monitor code written by developers. Oversee and develop team members and work closely within product team.
11. Ensure timelines are met by customer and pro-actively communicate to Manager of any issues that will delay the delivery in any way.
12. Support the product road map to meet business objectives and goals.
13. Assist on collateral for sales demonstrations and customer events.

Key Requirements

• 7 to 10 years technical experience & must have worked in Product development
• Should be very strong in Angular, .Net Core Web API development, SQL Server Database
• Strong experience in .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework is a must
• Experience in working on DB – MS SQL Database & Angular 5 upwards is required.
• Experience in working on RESTAPI, Webservices
• Exposure working on Cloud technologies like Azure & Microservices architecture will be an advantage.
• Engineering background, preferably Post graduate
• Should have experience handling team
• Should have good communication skills
