Job description:

Roles & responsibilities:

 Lab Set up experience is mandatory

 Operation and Maintenance of DG / Transformers / UPS.

Water cooled and Air-cooled Chillers

 Operation and Maintenance of Fire extinguishers, Sprinkler, WLD Sensors, VESDA Systems.

 Operation and maintenance of Breakers -ACB/VCB/MCB/RCCB/ELCB’s.

 Installation of Electrical Panels/Wiring and Troubleshooting of the issues rectification.

 Handling and monitoring of HVAC Equipment’s like VRF Units, HRW, Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable Ac units.

 Handling and Knowledges with Audit Compliance /Statutory documents ,HR Compliance.

 Maintain Lifts (Kone/Thyssen Krup).

 Maintenance of Earth pits,Calibration of Instruments like Meters,Pressure Gauge/Temperature Gauge

 Diesel decanting process for IOCL, BPCL

 Handling of Budget working ,AMC planning, Vendor Management and Coordination of vendors for all the activities as per the site requirements like services/Breakdowns.

Operation and maintenance of Warehouse management .(Technical).
