TECHNICAL PRODUCT LEAD

Our company is looking for a Technical Product Lead (Partime ) to own execution after UI/UX completion, oversee development, and ensure the platform is scalable, stable, and production-ready.This role sits between founder, designers, and development teams and is responsible for technical decision-making, architecture validation, and delivery discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Convert UI/UX designs into clear PRD & technical logic
• Validate system architecture, tech stack, and APIs
• Enforce backend-first logic (inventory, slots, payments)
• Oversee development sprints and code quality
• Prevent scope creep and technical debt
• Lead QA, edge-case testing, and pilot launch readiness

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years in software / product engineering
• Experience in on-demand, logistics, or marketplace apps
• Strong understanding of mobile apps, backend APIs, databases, and payments
• Experience launching and supporting live production systems

🧩 MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• Flutter / React Native (review level)
• Node.js / Django / Laravel (any one strong)
• PostgreSQL / MySQL + Redis
• Realtime systems (Firebase / WebSockets)
• Cloud basics (AWS / GCP)
