A Technical Supervisor oversees the efficient functioning of technical operations, should have exeperience in apartment field (Residential type) manages staff, and implements improvements to enhance performance. They are responsible for ensuring processes are followed, equipment is maintained, and staff are trained and motivated. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Supervision: Managing and supervising technical staff, including scheduling, performance management, and providing training. 
• Process Improvement: Developing, implementing, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and quality. 
• Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment. 
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on technical data and performance. 
• Policy and Procedure Development: Developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures. 
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures. 
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicating effectively with staff, other departments, and external parties. 
• Strategic Planning: Contributing to strategic and tactical planning.
