Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the solutions you propose are innovative and effective. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can enhance the architecture and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend. - Experience with cloud-based architecture and services. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and data flow management. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Extend. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
