As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution of extensive and multifaceted technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires coordinating with various sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The individual actively drives the success and profitability of projects by maintaining high standards of service quality and controlling costs. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support business growth and client satisfaction, while leading teams through complex challenges and dynamic environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of technology projects.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and project contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing end-to-end financial project delivery and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Skilled in coordinating with diverse teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Competence in risk management and mitigation strategies within technology project environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
