Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with participants to enhance their skills, and contributing to the development of course materials. You will also be responsible for creating assessments and certification questions, ensuring that the content is relevant and up-to-date with industry standards. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and development of technology talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design and implement training programs that address the needs of technology professionals. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. - Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
