As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with various teams to develop course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessments and certification questions, ensuring that the training provided is relevant and impactful. Your contributions will help shape the future of technology talent by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on training effectiveness and learner progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storytelling.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with instructional design methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
- Familiarity with various training delivery methods, including virtual and in-person formats.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Storytelling.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
