Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, implementing best practices, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications. - Implement best practices for delivering services. - Collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality services. - Manage and resolve technical issues and incidents. - Continuously improve system performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution. - Strong understanding of network infrastructures and protocols. - Experience in designing and implementing network solutions. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Ability to analyze and resolve network issues. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A Graduated is required.
