**Job Description:**

India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd. is seeking dynamic freshers to join our Digital Sales team as Digital Relationship Managers (RMs) for Home Loans. As a Digital RM, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers who have expressed interest in home loans through various digital channels including our website, partner networks, and social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to assess their eligibility, qualify leads, and facilitate the seamless transition of qualified leads to our branches for further processing. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain ongoing communication with leads, providing necessary follow-up support until closure.

**Responsibilities:**

- Proactively engage with leads generated from the company website, partner channels, and social media platforms.

- Conduct thorough assessments to determine lead eligibility for home loans.

- Effectively qualify leads based on predefined criteria and parameters.

- Collaborate closely with branch teams to facilitate the smooth transition of qualified leads for further processing.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

- Provide timely and relevant updates to leads throughout the sales process.

- Demonstrate persistence and professionalism in following up with leads until closure.

- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead qualification and conversion.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Fluency in regional language like Tamil/Telugu/ Kannada.
