Telecaller

Position: Telecaller

Responsibilities:

Leads will be provided to make outbound calls to potential customers and present company products/services.

(No Cold Calls)

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Call leads, follow up regularly, and make walk-in.

Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems.

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle customer queries and provide basic support.
