Job Description:

Star Health Insurance is hiring enthusiastic and confident Tele calling Executives for our Kodambakkam office. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining health insurance products, and generating leads or sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain Star Health Insurance policies and benefits clearly
• Generate leads and assist in policy sales
• Answer customer queries and resolve basic concerns
• Maintain call records and customer information
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Tamil required; English/Hindi is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
• Experience in tele calling or insurance preferred (freshers welcome)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai

• Working Hours: Day shift
