Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive in approach, and focused on closing deals.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
• Handle customer objections and close sales professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Any graduate / HSC (12th pass can apply)
• Strong communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English preferred)
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
