Work Location: Chennai –Ambattur

Experience: 0 to 5 years in Sales (preferably B2C / Inside Sales)

Qualification: Any graduate with relevant experience

Skill Requirements: Strong communication skills in English along with fluency in a regional language

Training: Mandatory training for a duration of 2 weeks at the Corporate Office, Chennai, upon joining

Roles and Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements

Recommend appropriate products and services aligned with customer needs

Address customer queries using in-depth product and industry knowledge

Resolve customer complaints and submit relevant reports

Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual activity reports

Coordinate with Branch Manager and internal departments to enhance customer experience

Share client feedback to improve service delivery and communication

Achieve assigned targets while maintaining service quality standards
