Job Description
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to introduce properties.
- Inbound Query Handling: Respond to inquiries from marketing campaigns, explaining project features, pricing, and locations.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate site visits and meetings between prospective buyers and sales managers.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and feedback in the CRM or Google sheets.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture interest and convert them into potential sales.
