Position: Telecaller (Coordination)

About the Role:

We are hiring Telecallers to support coordination for our Technical Valuation / Property Valuation operations. The role requires coordinating between customers and civil site inspectors to schedule property inspection visits and conducting follow-up calls for feedback after completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule property site visits between customers and civil/site inspectors
• Call customers to confirm appointments and respond to basic queries
• Follow up with customers post-inspection to collect feedback and closure confirmation
• Maintain daily trackers, call logs, and MIS updates
• Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction
• Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure smooth workflow and TAT adherence
• Follow standard procedures and escalation guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

• Any graduate or 12th pass with telecalling/customer coordination experience preferred
• Strong multilingual communication with any one of the following language combinations:
• English + Telugu
• Hindi + Tamil

• English is mandatory (basic to moderate level)
• Good communication and customer management skills
• Ability to multitask, follow processes, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, call tracking, etc.)
