Telecaller

About the Role -

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support sales activities for our plastic products business.

Key Responsibilities -

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients
• Generate new leads and follow up on enquiries
• Explain products and pricing clearly to customers
• Maintain call records and update customer database
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch team for order processing
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Prepare daily/weekly call reports

Required Skills -

• Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Target-oriented and disciplined
• Ability to work from office regularly

Preferred Qualification -

Any Graduate

• 1–3 years experience in telecalling / B2B sales (manufacturing or trading preferred)
