• Cold Calling: Reaching out to potential candidates to pitch new job openings.
• Screening: Conducting initial phone interviews to check skills, experience, and communication.
• Requirement Matching: Verifying the candidate's salary expectations, location, and notice period.
• Scheduling: Setting up interviews between the candidate and the hiring company.
• Tracker Management: Updating daily Excel sheets with call statuses and interview lineups.
• Follow-ups: Ensuring candidates attend their interviews and providing them with feedback.
• Onboarding Support: Collecting documents (ID, pay slips) to finalize the hiring process.
