Fresher - Graduation Mandatory - age - 18 to 35 

1. Conducting near real time transaction monitoring using Fraud Management System like Clari5 for Digital Banking. VRM (Visa Risk Management) for Debit Card & NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India) for UPI

2. Analyzing fraud trend reports across various product channel including Digital Banking, Debit Card UPI which help to maintain risk in future.

3. Collaborate with acquiring banks and merchants to manage reversal and dispute processes for identified fraudulent transactions.

4. Guiding customers through the dispute process and providing insights on fraud trends going on.

Rotational shifts -- Morning shift ( 7 - 4 ) 

General Shift ( 9 - 6 ) Mid Shift ( 11 - 8 ) Noon shift ( 1 - 10 )

And Night shift ( 10 - 7 ) monthly 6 days with allowance of Rs. 250 per day

Salary - 18500 Gross Only - in hand - 17000
