Salary Package:₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Working Timings:10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Job Responsibilities (Telecaller):Make and receive calls related to customer support, information sharing, follow-ups, or service coordination
• Explain company details or services to customers clearly
• Maintain call records and customer information
• Provide polite and professional communication
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
• Job Responsibilities (Team Leader):Supervise and support telecalling staff
• Ensure smooth daily operations and call quality
• Assist team members with queries and guidance
• Maintain attendance and basic performance records
• Eligibility Criteria:Basic knowledge of Tamil and English (mandatory)
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills
• Basic system/phone handling knowledge
