About Work Process :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
- Follow up on leads to cultivate relationships and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Provide detailed information about products and services, addressing customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions within a CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights from customer interactions and refine strategies.
