Job Description
- Customer Visits: Traveling to customer locations to follow up on pending EMI or loan payments.
- Collection Targets: Meeting monthly, weekly, or daily revenue targets set by the company.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and updating payment status.
- Negotiation: Advising customers on payment terms and negotiating to resolve overdue payments.
- Compliance: Ensuring all collections comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
