Process: Personal Loan - Telesales Executives
Location: Thuraipakkam, Chennai
Eligibility:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada
- Target-oriented & self-motivated
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for personal loan products via calls
- Engage with prospective clients to explain product benefits
- Follow up on leads and assist sales team in conversions
Salary Details:
Tamil Process
- CTC: ₹13,789 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC)
- Inhand: ₹11,690 + Incentives
- Without CTC: ₹13,000 + Incentives
Malayalam Process
- CTC: ₹16,093 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC)
- In-Hand: ₹13,613 + Incentives
- Without CTC: ₹15,000 + Incentives
Kannada Process
- Salary: ₹17,000 + Incentives
Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Sunday Fixed Off
