Roles & Responsibilities:

* Learn, understand, and explain financial products to clients clearly.

* Develop strong convincing and communication skills for Demat account opening and financial product acquisition.

* Understand market conditions, company services, and client requirements.

* Educate and guide clients about suitable financial products.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Work actively as a team player and contribute to team goals.

* Create and adopt strategies to achieve required business targets.

Team & Company Support:

* Full business training will be provided.

* Continuous team support will be available.

* Proper financial product guidance will be provided.

* Business lead guidance will be provided by the company.

Salary:

₹15,000 Fixed Salary + ₹5,000 Performance-Based Pay + Incentives
