Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
- Prior telecalling experience is an advantage.
