Telecaller

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing
• Generate leads and follow up on prospects
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns
• Build and maintain good customer relationships

Required SkillsGood communication skills (Tamil + English preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Active listening and problem-solving skills

• Experience0–2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
