Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Multilingual Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Tamil, and Kannada with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong customer-centric approach. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads.
• Clearly and effectively communicate product/service information in English, Tamil, and Kannada.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets and sales quotas.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service in all three languages.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall business objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Tamil, and Kannada (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems an advantages.
• A results-oriented attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
