🎯 Role Overview- We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions and student support team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students/parents, explaining our courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective students from provided leads
• Explain academy courses, programs, and fee structure clearly
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication
• Convert leads into admissions
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/lead sheets
• Handle incoming calls and resolve basic queries
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Prior experience in telecalling/Edtech sales is an advantage

💼 Experience

Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, admissions, or sales
