Job Description
- Make outbound and attend inbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Provide accurate information about study destinations, courses, universities/colleges, intake timelines, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
- Generate and follow up on student leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
- Schedule counseling appointments for student counselors and education advisors.
- Maintain and update student enquiry records, call logs, and follow-up status in the system.
- Explain consultancy services, admission procedures, visa process basics, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to convert enquiries into walk-ins, applications, and enrollments.
- Coordinate with counselors, visa team, and marketing team for smooth lead conversion.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and enrollment-related KPIs.
- Handle student queries professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company communication standards, data confidentiality, and compliance policies.
