Job Description:We are hiring a Telecaller / Telesales Executive for our real estate team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits and sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients for real estate projects.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information about properties.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales executives.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with target-based calling and follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email).
