Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Collection
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a confident and responsible Telecaller – Loan Collection to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone to follow up on pending loan payments and support the loan collection process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers to remind them about pending loan EMIs and dues
- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and repayment options clearly
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication
- Update call details, payment status, and customer responses accurately
- Coordinate with the field collection team when required
- Maintain professionalism and follow ethical collection practices
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets
