Job Summary:Wheelers Global Education is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to promote and enroll students for our Apollo Knowledge Program. The role involves outbound calling, student follow-ups, and guiding learners about the program benefits.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database
• Explain details of the Apollo Knowledge Program clearly and confidently
• Handle inquiries, clarify doubts, and provide accurate information
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments
• Maintain call records and update lead status regularly
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and enrollment targets
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic team when required
• Eligibility & Requirements:Minimum qualification: Any degree
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling systems)
• Ability to persuade and build rapport with students/parents
• Target-oriented and positive attitude
