Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound, communicate with customers professionally, and achieve daily calling and performance targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers as per assigned date
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers
- Follow up on leads, payments, or customer requests
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/system
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when required
Work Timing- 9:30AM -6:30PM
Working Days- Monday - Saturday
