Job Title: Telecaller – Multilingual (Mandatory)

Location: Chennai

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Multilingual Telecaller for our Chennai branch. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu, and capable of handling outbound and inbound calls efficiently. This role involves interacting with clients, explaining our services, following up on leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls in a professional manner
• Communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
• Explain company products and services clearly
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with prospective leads and existing customers
• Maintain proper call records, follow-up details, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling

Requirements

• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu (any one in these)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive is preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple customers and languages confidently
• Willingness to work 6 days a week
