Telecaller

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and promote our research, journal, book, and patent publication services through phone calls. The candidate will play a key role in lead generation, follow-ups, and achieving assigned calling and conversion targets.

-Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to authors, researchers, and institutions to introduce our services
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
• Explain journal, book, patent, and research-related services clearly to prospects
• Understand client requirements and forward qualified leads to the sales/BDE team
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication
• Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM/ERP
• Achieve daily call targets and lead conversion goals
