Job Role: Telecaller

As a Telecaller, your main responsibility is to reach out to potential students who have completed their 12th grade and are interested in pursuing an MBBS degree. You will guide these students through the admissions process and encourage them to enroll with our company for their MBBS studies. This involves explaining the benefits of our programs, clarifying any questions or concerns, and helping them understand how to proceed with their application.

• Key Responsibilities:Contacting Prospective Students: Reach out to students and their parents via phone calls to discuss details of the MBBS program.
• Providing Information: Offer comprehensive details about admission requirements, fees, and the benefits of studying with us.
• Addressing Questions: Answer any questions or concerns that prospective students may have to ensure they are well-informed.
• Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of calls and follow-ups to track interested candidates effectively.
