Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients/customers for appointments and feedback.
- Manage incoming queries and provide accurate information on products/services.
- Convert leads, ensure daily targets are met.
- Update and maintain customer database.
- Support promotional campaigns and follow-up calls.
Qualifications
- 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
- Basic computer knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred).
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
