Telecaller Inbound

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our Cash for Gold business. The role involves explaining daily gold rates, guiding customers through the gold selling process, and convincing them to visit our store for evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming customer calls and respond politely and professionally
• Inform customers about current gold rates clearly and accurately
• Explain the gold selling process, valuation method, and payment procedure
• Address customer doubts and build trust through clear communication
• Convince and schedule customers to visit the shop for gold evaluation
• Follow up with interested leads and previous enquiries
• Maintain basic call records and customer details
• Coordinate with in-store staff regarding customer visits
• Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills in Tamil.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently
• Convincing and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of gold or willingness to learn
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support preferred
