The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and converting prospects into customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Follow up with customers to close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively
• Coordinate with field sales executives for closures
• Key Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills in English and regional language (Tamil preferred)
• Basic knowledge of loan products is an added advantage
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
