Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Execute a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients and targeted cold leads, primarily using prepared lead lists and CRM data.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads by assessing their needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT criteria) to determine sales readiness.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services, market position, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule qualified appointments or demos for Account Executives (AEs) or senior sales team members.
  • Database Management: Accurately log all call activity, outcomes, and detailed notes in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) immediately after each interaction.
  • Follow-up: Manage and nurture leads by executing systematic follow-up calls and email communications as required.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and qualification targets.
  • Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and engaging phone presence.
  • Persistence: Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent attitude.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating and utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred Skills B2B Experience: Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the e.g., SaaS, Softwear Development and Services] sector.
  • Process Driven: A structured approach to managing time, prioritizing calls, and following established sales scripts/processes.
