Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and multilingual telecalling professionals to join our collections team. The role involves following up with dealers and distributors for vendor payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining professional communication standards. Immediate joiners will be given first preference.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct telecalling to follow up with dealers and distributors regarding pending vendor payments.

· Maintain accurate records of follow-up calls, payment commitments, and escalations.

· Build and sustain positive relationships with dealers and distributors while ensuring timely collections.

· Coordinate with internal teams to update payment status and resolve discrepancies.

· Provide daily/weekly reports on collection progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Prior experience in telecalling / collections / customer follow-up roles.

· Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.

· Ability to handle dealer/distributor queries with professionalism and persistence.

· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

· Immediate availability preferred.

Candidate Profile

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or collections.

· Multilingual candidates with fluency in Hindi and English are highly desirable.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
