Eligibility Criteria:

Any graduate ( with arrears or dropouts will be considered)

Any diploma graduate

Good communication skills in Tamil and Malayalam

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and take rotational week-offs

Job Description:

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism

Address queries, complaints, and service requests

Document customer interactions and details accurately

Stay updated on company products, services, and policies

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Adhere to internal standards and guidelines for call handling

Tamil- Rs.15000+ (3000+Allowances)
