Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and confident Tele callers to join our team at Apollo Computer Education – Thiruvanmiyur. Tele caller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about courses and services, and converting leads into enrollments help them with admission details.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries
- Explain courses, offers, and benefits clearly
- Maintain call records and follow-up regularly
Requirements:
- Any qualification (Any Degree)
- Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
- Ability to work with targets and handle customer objections
- Freshers welcome, training provided
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 + incentives
