Handle inbound customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or email
Connect with existing customer databases to generate and close orders
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Close sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick order processing and fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, orders, and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
