Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our educational consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, explaining our Study MBBS and abroad education programs, scheduling counseling sessions, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided data.
• Explain our Study MBBS, Ornsoar, and other education programs clearly.
• Generate interest and schedule appointments / Zoom interviews.
• Follow up with pending leads regularly.
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
• Achieve weekly and monthly target closures.
• Coordinate with counselors for smooth admission process.
• Collect initial payment confirmation and update management.
