Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential candidates/customers.
• Explain job roles/services clearly and effectively.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain and update records in the system.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Handle queries and provide accurate information.
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle targets and work pressure.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
