Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our real estate team. The person will call potential customers, share property details, arrange site visits, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to new and existing customers.
- Explain project details, prices, and offers clearly.
- Generate leads and fix appointments for site visits.
- Follow up with customers to close deals.
- Maintain records of calls and customer information.
- Work closely with the sales team to reach monthly goals.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Able to work under targets.
