Job Description
- Outbound Calling: Contact customers with outstanding payments to discuss overdue balances.
- Negotiation: Arrange and negotiate feasible repayment plans and terms with customers.
- Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, explain payment options, and resolve disputes professionally.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, detailed logs of all calls, agreements, and customer interactions.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to debt collection laws, company policies, and code of conduct.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly collection targets and performance metrics.
- Follow-up: Track commitments and follow up on promised payments
