Telecalling Executive

• Key Responsibilities:
• Convince and convert potential customers to opt for paid subscription packages (3 months, 6 months, etc.)
• Build strong engagement with prospects and highlight app benefits
• Promote awareness about the Company and its premium services
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during calls
• Achieve daily/weekly sales and conversion targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telesales / Telemarketing / Renewals
• Language Requirement: Fluent in Tamil (Mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications
• Strong communication, convincing, and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Willingness to work from office and adapt to flexible shifts
• Age limit should be below 32
